Gazuama Sinchartchas is a pioneering band that emerged in the early 1970s, creating a difficult and personal sound, deeply influenced by the respective international musical movements of Krautrock and psychedelia. In full compliance with the musical trends of the time and with their innate disposition for experimentation with Greek folk elements, before disbanding they gave us a unique and excellent example of their art, with their only recording in 1972 on a 7’’ single entitled “Anyssosis-Apotinaxi-Ekfyghi”. B-otherSide Records is pleased to present the re-release of this unique single in 12" format with a 4-page insert containing the band's biography and rare archival and photographic material from the band members. Side A features the two tracks "Anyfosis-Apotinaxi-Ekfughi" Part 1+2 in the form they had on the original 1972 single. Side two presents the recording as it was originally recorded on the master reel, namely: A) as a single track, B) with additional audio material, C) with the second part (Part 2) preceding the first (Part 1) and D) after additional processing of the vocals, which was made possible by the use of modern technology, to be recovered on a separate channel and remixed, so that the lyrics can be heard.
